Since the weapon itself is always on "untradeable" status. Scrolling it with one character is going to cost a lot of mesos/nx. It's not worth it. Like other people say, it's better to buy an Empress/Loveless since those are "Tradeable until equipped".

if you're going to scroll a von leon WB, you should just scroll a Loveless or empress one instead. I scrolled my loveless one since they're a lot cheaper than empress, and have more base attack. i've seen empress WB for over 400m, and loveless for less than 200m in scania

Those are significantly under 100 att base so I wouldn't... Just buy a clean empress for like 500m and perfect that. For context, I sold a 7/10 unperfected 2H empress sword while Kaiser bandwagon simmered down and still sold it for 3b.
