When does Killer Wings replace Magic Flare
Hi Evan community,
I recently got to Growth 7 on my Evan and I remember people saying pre-Chaos that Killer Wings replaces Magic Flare immediately (or something along those lines), but now I'm not so sure. At maxed, it only boasts 20% more damage than Magic Flare and the sheer speed of Magic Flare seems to cover that difference.

yea KW is kinda only used for the DoT, and even now I don't use it
KW = extra damage Flare is your main attack till PI
