A clean Reverse is like 10m in scania. add on the scroll prices and that's about 30m for a 125Atk XBow.

for what attack?
of all the crossbows i have found that are in that attack range most are over 10million
Maybe 3mil+, depending on what type of xbow it is and how is it scrolled.
