How do I get to it? I've searched all over the event site and can't find anything about it anywhere. Can't find it in game either.

Sorry, can you please clarify a bit more than that. I don't think there's a tree event in Maple that I know of. o-o;
Unless you're talking about the Maple Tree Chair?
To obtain the Maple Tree Chair, you need 100 of the 10th anniversary coins which is located at the event area.
