Is it possible to get Evan hair?
I want to get it on my marksman. Some people say you can get it as a reg hair from henesys/NLC. But what are the chances? Because apparently u can only get 2 reg hairs from NLC 0.0

I just got Evan from Heneseys; im pretty sure you can get it from NLC as well
