Emp daggers have deflated to about 300-500 mil clean. Katara's are 150-300 clean. I wouldnt buy an Emp Katara though, its not part of the set effect anyway. Any 120+ Katara would do.

In Bera don't pay more then 3bil for a perfect emp dagger. Kataras are dirt cheap now. I got my perfect one for 1.6 bil.

Because when it has no pot there is a chance you'll get a good potential.
Still, the difference he said it's too much.
It's like if they offer you 1 ton of any material existent for 1 grand , or 1 ton of crap for 500 dollars.

3-5 for a dagger and roughly 2-4 for a katara
