@chuckdavid: Your katara is the shield and a katara is worth more than the shield because you will want to get the fafnir one

@Noises: but their speed makes up for it kinda. and also because katara drops everywhere, its easier to find good pot on it then potting your own shield or secondary weapon. also its way easier to get att on katara then shield. and for the pros there are SW katara with % boss. its a win win for everyone.

Exactly what he said. DBs can work on low funds until around 150. Anywhere after that, they are hell to fund, especially now since we max all our skills at 140, their 140 damage is gonna stay that way unless they make big changes.

DBs require more funding than other thief classes to hit hard due to lower % damage on skills.

Phantom is probably the cheapest at the moment due to the nerf. And DBs are expensive because if you are shooting to fund for end game. Perfecting two weapons is costly. However, an Attack Shield for a Shadower can be just as expensive.

yea sw kataras are more expensive than shields. i havent even seen a sw katara in Renegades fm in months but ive seen more d khanjars in the market for a cheaper price.

I'm pretty sure kataras are just as expensive. Isn't a SW katara like 2b clean or something?

how are DB expensive ? you dont need to get shield if you go DB. and shields are expensive.

Can confirm, Xenons hit really hard with low funds and now with star force, you get tons of all stats from 12 starring your accessories. Also Xenons can wear pirate gear so that makes em even cheaper.

Probably Shad or NW

Obviously shadower will hit hardest with least funds, but it is also a lot slower than the other thief classes so it should come close to balancing out

With starforce, Xenon > NL (even with empress they're a beast) > Shadower > DB > Phantom

With only medium funding.

If you are including all luk based classes then xenon atm. Since star force gives a ton of stat
and they have a good amount of boss/td at the get go. Claw classes atm are expensive as hell
and phantom won't get you far with 10b at all. Shad/db i guess.
