What makes that unreasonable and how do you know it simply isn't happening? Correct me if I'm wrong but from what I can tell, server side modifications can happen while the server is still running.

Just wondering, does anyone know if cubing for your own stats is on average more or less costly than buying precubed, assuming like 1:200 ration on NX.

I personally believe Nexon hires people to hand pick who gets a tier upgrade, and the chances of you upping a tier is based on how many baby goats you've sacrificed.
And when they mean "increase rate" they probably hired like 2-4 more guys to manually pick. And used the most recent MT event to pay the wages of poor undergrad students desperate for money.

Considering how Nexon just changed the tier up rate for cubes in the most recent black heaven patch, there is absolutely no information on it at all because any previous information that we had can now be considered outdated.

However, in my personal experience, I feel like black cubes are around 5-6% tier up rate from unique to legendary though.
I haven't used enough red cubes or tiered up from epic --> unique enough times to say anything else though.

You can see the difference in cubes during miracle with nexon buffing the rates. It's about 1 in 10 for red cubes and 1 in 5 for blacks.

Well cubes have crappy tier up rates but I wish you slowed down the video a little. I'd (and many others would as well) like to see what you actually got per cube.

We've never known the rates.

From personal experience, the original miracle cubes felt like 10% rare->epic and 2~5% epic -> unique.

opposite for me. reds are best for cubing up and blacks for the potential. 6 red cubes epic > legendary for me (during miracle time too)
