How about the tradeoff between NW's Drain and Revive and the NL 20% extra drop for bossing?
Oh terribly sorry, I must have misread.
No it only applies to you. You should be invited to a boss run simply cause you a NL. And Haste could be useful as always
It's a debuff like Threaten, so it applies to anyone that attacks the enemy for 120 seconds.
^^ Well, that's assuming my Range is incredibly high and people want me. extra 20% drop may be an incentive to add a lower damage attacker.
Are you sure though? I did some more research and i read somewhere that showdown applies a debuff so it'd work for everyone?
Exactly, showdown's 20% drop rate applies to the mob you hit. Everyone benefits from it. As for boss runs, they're useful, but the extra drop rate doesn't justify bringing along a useless person. The first thing they care about is having enough dps to finish the boss, you being a NL is a bonus, but it won't help you unless you have decent range. The only classes I know that can get away with dealing no damage are Kannas and Bishops.
