When do you sleep?
I have been sleeping in the morning (yes, I sleep at around 7am or 9am) since I was 15. I'm completely healthy and I don't think there's a problem with it unless i don't get 7-9 hours of sleep a day. So my question is what time do any of you sleep? Are you normal and sleep at 9pm-11pm? Or are you nocturnal and sleep late at night or early morning? Or perhaps you have a sleep disorder such as Insomnia or Sleep Apnea? And how many hours do you usually sleep? Discuss.

lately its beeeeeeen 12/1 - 6/7 then trying to force myself back to sleep until noon
Anywhere between 9pm and 3am. Depends on work and class and stuff.
I usually wake up at around 7am, but loaf around before actually getting out of bed at 8am.
I don't sleep enough. I sleep anywhere from 12-3 and wake up at 7:30.
I usually have 6-9 hours of sleep and usually sleep between 12 am-2am
Work days: 00:00 - 05:30
School Days: 02:00 - 09:00
Always around midnight.
I usually sleep at around 12:00am or 1:00 and wake up around 7:30am for school at 8:00am.
I have class six days a week

Well, I just got back from London, so I can somewhat blame it on jetlag. Give me a few days, and I'll get back to you on whether I'm able to fix it or not. Over in London, I was sleeping between 10 and 11 and waking up around 7 to 8, waking up only once or twice a night before falling asleep again. Since getting back, I've been sleeping in weird cycles (night back, I did 5 am to noon, then 9 to 1:30 am, then 6 am to 10 am. Its now 1:30 pm and Im feeling kind of tired, but have work at 4, soooo, gotta hold out and stay awake, lol)
After 2am.
I usually go to sleep around 12am and on weekdays I wake up anywhere from 7am - 9am (I have 1st period off and my school has a weird schedule, so I wake up at a different time literally every day).
But I usually have nothing to do after 11pm, unless I've put a movie on my phone, then I just stay up watching that.
I sleep anytime between 1-3am, and wake up between 9-11am.
@lettucing: I really don't do much, my sleeping schedule is just naturally really late now. I'm still in school and looking for a job actually o-o
Yeah, what do you do with your life if you're sleeping those hours @Cheeps? Unless you're working third shift.
I normally go to sleep around 2am and wake up around 10am. Normally don't use an alarm. I work 2-10pm.
i try to go to sleep around 10-11pm but recently have been staying up more towards midnight

It takes me in general 1-2 hours to fall asleep on most nights so I sleep at like 1-3 everyday.
I sleep at around 3-4 AM and wake up at 6:30 AM to catch my bus. Around once per school week I pull an all-nighter to study and stuff and don't sleep for like 26 hours.
On the weekends I sleep at the same time and wake up at like 10 or 11 AM. I can get a job, but school is much more important to me. But when I DO GET ONE, I'm going to have to change my sleeping schedule.
Edit: I usually run with 2-4 hours of sleep for a regular school day.
So basically you have no life? You don't have a job or school?
I sleep around 12-2 every night and get 8-10 hours of sleep
I usually sleep around 12am - 1am every night. I would much rather go to sleep at around 9pm or 10pm, but sometimes stuff happens and I just end up staying up late. The worst part is that I have to wake up at 6:30 every morning, so sleeping at 12 or 1am doesn't really help because that's barely a 5 hour sleep.
6am~noon or 2
I have a dog, classes. and work, I cant afford to be sleeping like you I used to sleep like that in the summer tho, it was heavenly. I go to bed at 11 or 12 and wake up at 6 or 7.

I usually go to sleep some time between 2 am and 4 am and get 6-10 hours, depending on if I have to wake up for anything in the morning. When I don't get enough sleep, I take naps in the afternoon to supplement this missing sleep.
Unfortunately, since my practicum last year, where I was constantly taking naps, I only sleep in 3-hour cycles now. Even when I try to sleep the night, I'll wake up after 3ish hours and have to get a drink before going back to sleep.
