Would Protein Shakes help?
So I'm trying to tone my abs, but I kinda like to eat.
Even though I'm underweight, I still have a potbelly.
My abs aren't really defined, and I was wondering if protein shakes would help me lose the belly fat.

And carbs are also sugar. And sugar also leads up to creating more fat. Plus protein shakes are high in calorie level, use them to gain muscle in different areas more.
Burpees
1) Your habit of eating a lot needs to go. Eating healthier things like fruits and vegetables and also eating much less than normally will lower your calorie intake and also the amount you need to burn to get to burning your fat.
2) Cardio, cardio, cardio. You must do more cardiovascular exercises like running and jump roping. This is key to burning fat off your body, and will eventually lead to burning the fat off your stomach.
3) Protein shakes help recover and rejuvenate your muscle fibers, because thats what protein simply does. It will NOT take the fat off your stomach.
