it's easy, just use a video if you don't know where the rooms are. most annoying part is that the chests in each room can send you back to the beginning, wasting you time. even so, if every single chest in all 5 rooms sent you back, you still won't take more than 20 min. 10 min is if you're lucky and only 0-1 chests do that.

Time depends on how lucky you are. It can take from 10~25 minutes depending on your luck. There's no real skill to it, just know what drops what in what rooms.

It's possible to do it alone. Took me like 20 mins with a picture guide on my first time. If you memorize the routes it'll take no time.
