New Hat? What do you think
In the last couple of days I have been wondering if my hat is suited for this outfit?
Could you tell me yes or no, if you don't think it looks good, could you recommend a new hat?

Your clothes don't say "I'm at the beach" but your head does. Therefore, it does not match :o!
A hat that would fit well would probably be some sort of black hat or so.

Its nothing special. Its not an "omg that hat fits your outfit [b]perfectly[/b]
Its just a .... meh. Not good, not bad.
