Resizing and image

Edit: Title should say 'Resizing an Image'

Hiya guys, I have a picture that I've been trying to resize, but I can't without it getting all blurry and stuff
The image is currently 350x350 and I'm trying to make it fit to my desktop and look clean. I've been trying to enhance it but nothing is working. So if anyone is willing to tell me how / do it for me, I'll pay you with mesos in Windia

The three images are here

Thank you for any help, for it is appreciated!

The problem is when you resize an image. You stretch it so it becomes pixialted.

I'm not sure but google might be worth a try. Ill see if I can find something that helps.
I know that. But I also know that there are ways to enhance the image once you resize it and make it all un-pixelated. I'm just new at photo editing so I don't know how to do this
Depends on it's "Lossy" level. If the picture is already that small, there's no way to make it 'clean' on a format as wide as a desktop.

The point is to start big and work down, not the other way around.

If you DO go from small to large, you have to fix the pixels on your own or re-do the drawing/picture. Otherwise, even with blur, dodge and burn tools it won't be as crisp as a normal picture.
