Badge for Horntail?
Ok so far i got all certificates Zak, Pap , Pianus (god this was the hardest)
now i need 3 badges. I understand that i need to do HTPQ but do i need to do it with 5 other people? (like online) cant i just add mules? or does it have to be with 6. Also when i do it will i get all the 3 badges? or just one? do i need to do the prequest 3 times to get the 3 badges? omg this is confusing.

Manon is easy, since people doing fourth job advance get sent to a minidungeon anyways. Finding Pianus is the hard part >.<

You need 6 people online for the PQ.
You can repeat the PQ as many times as you need to get your 3 badges. Just exit the pq and go back in.
As long as the party leader has a badge, you can skip the PQ.
You can have fillers as long as the party leader has a badge.
Final answer.
Pretty sure you need to do it with other people.
And yes, you can get all the nessecary items in one run.
Although you only really need the badge if you want to be the squad leader, otherwise it serves no purpose.

I'm pretty sure you have to be online for the PQ. It's only the expedition that you don't have to be online for o.o'

I dont think u can be offline for the pq, you need to have 6 people inside to do the pq,
and u can get all 3 badges in 1 pq, there is a map at the end with unlimited spawn for like 15minutes.
I heard after the pres, they'll let you in for only 24 hours, after that, you have to do it again
