Advancing to 4th job reward problem
Well I reached 4th job advance a long time ago. And when we got a free book I was pretty enthusiastic , who doesn't like free books.
Anyway long story short I get give OS 30. OS's max level has been 20 for a while so am I missing something. Also there is no option to trade in Aran books.
So anything I'm missing or just got given a useless book?

OS still maxes at 30.
It was high mastery that got lowered to 20.
You're thinking of the wrong skill.
