What should I upgrade?
As the title says, what should I upgrade?
I have around [b]700m[/b] to spend on equips.
My current equips are:
Clean Elven Tiara
Elven Glasses
2% Dex White Piette (Top)
2% Dex Blue Piette (Pants)
Clean Ludibrium Cape
3% Dex 0 Attack Gloves
4% Dex Belt
4% Dex Shoes
9/2/8/5 5 Attack Maple Scarf
6% Dex Earrings
5/13/5/5 2 Attack Shoulderpad
9/6/6/6 118 attack Legendary Final Retorts (2 line rare, useless potentials)
Ignore 15% PDR, +6 Str Infinite Magic Arrows
Legendary Crusader Ring, Crusaders Zeal Ring, Legendary Ring, Legendary Maple Gold Ring
My total %DEX is 21% and my range is 7765 ~ 10353 without buffs.

Do you happen to know how much a 6% DEX cape costs?
Hmm, since the legend event is going on, you can try to get a better dual bow? Maybe try mass scrolling legendary dragon majesties.
Also, farm legend coins (if you have other characters, it's even better) and scroll pretty much everything that's unscrolled with some dex (at least, scroll the tiara and the top and bottom for dex.) Also, with 700 mill, you should be able to get yourself a 6% dex cape and perhaps a 10 attack glove with some percent dex.
