Suggestions/Input on desktop build

Now that my crappy 5 year old desktop has died, I am looking to build a new desktop using the new Sandybrigde proccessors! This is what I have so far

Intel i7 2600K

Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD3P LGA 1155 P67 MOBO - http://www.microcenter.com/specials/email/CPlanding0121.html?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=E0978%20Computer%20Parts%2020110121&utm_source=ACT_BYO& - $419.98

XION CyborGX Gaming Black w/ Red LED Light Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811208034 -$64.99

XFX HD Radeon HD 5770 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150447&cm_re=ati_radeon_5770-_-14-150-447-_-Product - $149.99

COOLER MASTER Hyper N 520 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103057 - $34.99

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB HDD - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148433 - $64.99

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series 650W Power Supply - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005 - $89.99

CORSAIR XMS 8GB RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145324 $109.99

ASUS 24X DVD Burner - $16.99

TOTAL PRICE - $950~ Might be a little cheaper since I'll be trying to find these parts cheaper at different vendors. Don't need a OS, will get a "free" copy of it.

I would personally go for another case. I hate cases with doors, especially since the hanges is made out of plastics. Also, the case it a bit on the small size, so you may not be able to upgrade to a bigger GPU in the future.

I would second getting the i5 2500k instead, unless you have reason for the i7?

You don't need liquid cooling to OC. Not to mentioned it will can cost more than $200 to do a custom loop, and water coolers like the Corsair H50 doesn't perform as well as a few air HSF at the same price.

He doesn't need a 800w-1000w PSU either, because that computer should draw around 350w max at stock (a number a quickly guesstimated a while ago and gave some leeway when I looked at benchmarks).

Edit: At the same price, this would be a better deal, but either way, it's overkill for the games you will be playing: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121390
Edit2: Anandtech got it to 4.4GHz on the stock HSF: http://www.anandtech.com/show/4083/the-sandy-bridge-review-intel-core-i5-2600k-i5-2500k-and-core-i3-2100-tested/3

Don't bother OCing, if your not going to get liquid cooling. Get like 800-1000W Power supply instead.
and get the HD6850. It's only like 190$
Amazon has free shipping and no tax within the US.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212+ is better and cheaper than the N 520

Antec 300 with additional fans is a better value, but of course it's just a boring black box without any LEDs.

Personally (as a gamer,) I would buy the i5 over the i7, drop the RAM to 4 GB, and allocate more funds to the video card, but I don't have the final call over your build.
Thank you, I have like $50 amazon credit left anyways and no tax is always awesome! Yeah, the main reason I chose that case was for the awesome custom gaming computer look. I do play games, but mostly just casual ones like SC2, L4D2, and Rakion so the 5770 should suffice.

How far do you think I can overclock with that fan/heatsink? I was thinking 4.0-4.2 Ghz
