P/c on 3 dex bonus potential earrings
I could use a P/C on Half Earrings with 3% dex on it's bonus potential. It's regular potential is 3% luk.
My friend told,me the 3% on the bonus potential cost quite the amount, but we weren't sure on how to price it.
