work out advice?

Well, im a guy and i want to have a slim body by at least the end of the year, im not satisfied with how i am right now. Im jucrrently standing at 5'7 at around 200lbs and i want to lose at the very least a couple 20lbs with putting on some muscle mass. but i have a question, i kind of have a big butt is there anyway to reduce the size of your booty?
and what should i be doing daily as a work out?

if youre calories are too low and you are natural your body will do its best to hold on to weight. sometimes you need to eat more to lose weight

Your bmr aka your calories per day is 2020 bases on your height/weight at age 21. Just made a guess for that on your age. Learn to count calories. You don't have to track everything but you need to know the general idea of what you are eating. If you eat anything less than that per day, you are going to lose weight. just go crazy on cardio.
if your goal is just to lose weight, you don't even need to work out at all.
optimize your meals to be as least processed as possible while swimming/track/cycling as much as you can.
do not forget to keep yourself hydrated with water.

Noob you wont have a muscular booty. go lift some weight or stay fat. 200 lbs at 5'7 with minimal muscle is boarder line obesity. Totally trying to make you feel bad.

Cardio is the best way to lose weight. Just run and eat less and don't drink anything that isn't water. Ez.

The only way is to lose weight. You can't just lose weight in one specific area, you lose weight all over.
Do some squats and turn that phat booty into a muscular booty.
