Not quite true, bowman's hyper has a split so hurricane hits twice. Phantoms can't copy that

Then comes phantoms, bowmaster and corsairs. Assuming cap on all hits, phantoms are just like bowmasters except they have carte, which means more hits. Bowmasters have blaster and hurricane, so more hits than sair.
