Rollbacks for accounts
For accounts that got hacked and *Went through investigation**
You must provide the date and timeframe (to make investigation easier). We will reroll every Item, move, traded, dropped etc etc. And punish the hacker with ban.
Deleting accounts will cost $10 for auto, or 2 Week wait time.
Good Idea?
Seriously.. I think it's the best idea ever. I am hoping for logical opinions..
good?

Through good invesgitation @bowmushro0m, 3moraccoon..
If you were to roll back an account you would have to roll back any interactions that account had with any other character. Thus leaving more than one person unsatisfied.
Good idea but it wouldn't work.
if it was a pay to play game maybe they would waste resources on such tedious tasks i mean do you know how many people will say they got hacked when all they could really do is trade to another account than submit and get double the items? even if they did thoroughly investigate have you ANY idea how many submits they would receive for this? too much work even if nexon makes decent amount of money they are greedy.
1. how would they find the hacker?
2. couldn't you just lie in order to fix a failed scroll or boomed equip?
3. rolling back a char by it'self without effecting the whole server would be nearly impossible. either you could scam someone by taking your things back after a trade, or dupe your items but getting your things back and them stillkeeping it.
good intention
poorly thought out
Nexon doesn't have the blizzard power to rollback characters.
"Let's also give them a good compensation, get rid of every hacker, and make every class balanced!"
... >.<
So new method to dupe? Nexon can track the hacker? what?
Couldn't that cause duping? You could 'fake' a hacking and just dupe all your items.
Not very good idea, maybe people "hack" friends if they failed some godly scrolling, so that they can tell nexon to Rollback them and not lose any items
If only they would actually do that, instead of giving you a punch in the face for your trouble.
you think nexon really cares about our accounts? lol...
