Whenever I write emails
I just hate how whenever I write emails, I tend to read over and over again the stuff I wrote. Then after I actually send it, I STILL read it. Is this normal?
Thank you for your answers, all of you =)
Who sends emails anymore?
Anyone with a job or in college pretty much?
OT: I read it over a hundred times before I send an email to a boss of mine or professor, but once I send it, I usually don't look back
@ above: That's probably a side effect of too much text-talking online where we use emoticons and everything. Some people write emails super professionally, others don't. I try to keep it professional but not serious-sounding, I guess. One of my bosses uses emoticons and can be pretty informal in emails (which I like), but my other boss pretty much doesn't seem to show any emotion in emails
yeah especially if it is going to a teacher
i also dont like reading their replies for some reason i read their emails as if they're mad at me
i do that with everything i submit - emails, forum posts, drafts, etc etc
i think its normal, maybe we're just paranoid about the way we write c:
I do this too, then think of ways I could have made it better. This is then followed up by me hating what I wrote.
