no its only good for lower lvls to 1hko most monsters
They're not bad at Jesters during the low levels. Unless you make them, I wouldn't waste the cash, though.

you can literally stop the monsters to death
It doesn't make you stronger. It uses your own attack range for like 400% ish damage.
No. They don't last long and it would only disorient you.
