For Hunter Ranger, BM route:
For rangers, its pretty much the same until 3rd job. In 3rd job you max everything but Strafe.
In 4th job max AFA, BE, and Hurricane. Then your other skills

it's basically just don't max everything you won't use next job advancement.
1st- don't max DS, or alternatively AB
2nd- don't max bird, or alternatively bomb/iron.
3rd(ranger)- everything except strafe. alternatively MB, if you really want.
3rd(sniper)- everything except blizzard, DB, and MB is essential. divide points as necessary. most folks go 16 DB/blizz and max(?) MB, but it's up to you.
in general, 1 point in all attacking skills before you do anything else, and get buffs to a decent level if you're maxing them later.
order is really up to you, but passives/buffs are usually first, then attacking skills, and summons/etc last.

i dont think we have any bowman guide here in basil
but for 1st you max everything but double shot
for second everything but hawk/eagle
for ranger you max everything but strafe, for sniper everythnig except mortal blow or dragon breath(you choose)
