Is nexon answering YOUR tickets?
I submitted a ticket about my being hacked like 2 days ago, they haven't even given it to a technician...
Is anyone else having this problem? I'm really starting to get angry... I want my hack package damn-it!

Well 2 days is nothing, I've waited about 3 weeks for that message everyone else is getting. o.o
i'm waiting for more than 2weeks so far, well. gl to u.
I checked for my ticket but they deleted it. So I've been nexon'd.
Well im luckier than all i guess? they answered mine after 2.5 years!
Good luck with that now with people putting in fake tickets for compensation packages
It took Nexon about.. 6months to answer my ticket when I got hacked..
u got hacked 2 days ago to so did i and they havent responded yet to my ticket
I thought they were improving customer service
They disabled my account id. It took like five days for them to answer tho.
I just got hacked a while back, without realizing it xD. I just logged on today after about a month and realized it. Just sent a ticket
Waiting on 2 years here.
