Never before seen products?
So I have a project where I have to make an invention that people will buy and it doesn't have to logical. I can't think of anything right now except for Invisible Spray. Do any of you have any ideas? Thanks for the help!
How about a machine that lets you watch television / play video games/ go on computer in your dreams, so like, you can strap a band around your head that's attached to the machine, and it broadcasts television shows / video games/ computer into your head. I know there is dreaming, but I think that would be pretty neat, like lets say you want to catch a television show that airs very late at night, or lets say you forgot to write an essay for school, so you can type it out while you sleep on Word doc. Eh? How's that?
thats a good one.. and I thought of a portal gun before but eh...
The Awesome Button, you click it and it'll say
"That was AWESOME!"
Could be used for... some situations.
@Novagnome24: Yes, I know what you mean. But basically, they gave you some fluid which would allow you to control yourself, and be aware of it, when you are dreaming. But it had its drawbacks. (You'd get stuck in there for hundreds of millions of years) But, you would be able to move whatever you wanted, make whatever you wanted. It's pretty legit. And I believe the term is lucid dreaming. Try looking for that.
@luckyraver99: I've never watched that movie, but this is just something that came to me and I always thought it would be a good idea.
@Novagnome24: it's the stuff they did in inception.
@novagnome, so something that would force your brain into intrepide dreaming. I think that's the term for it, not sure. Don't quote me on this.
I googled intrepide dreams and didn't find anything. What do you mean by that?
Do you have to build said invention?
Or just make some sort of detailed description/"patent" about it?
we have to build it but it doesn't have to work the biggest part of the project would be the infomercial and the thought into the product

Design something useless, market the heck out of it and make it look pretty and useful and stuff but being in reality, it's the complete opposite.
Placebo Weight Loss pill.
Simply have pictures of people with the before-after pictures, where the before picture has people that weigh ~150 pounds, and then the after picture with people weighing 300+ pounds.
Then they say "When I didn't take this pill I gained over 150 pounds!"
A machine that rewinds dvds.
