I hope not, it was seriously pretty dumb to even have in the first place. I like how mages are now instead of just basically being spam bots that they were pre BB once hit 120+.
I hope not. They were nice pre-Big Bang in the sense that they gave Mages [i]something[/i] to be better than the rest of the classes with, but otherwise it's extremely annoying for everyone else. Not to mention the Ultimate would probably be kind of suckish at LHC since they're so slow.
They won't come back and I rather not want it to. People keep constantly boasting themselves about how "superior" they are in all ways. It's quite sad how 80% of the mage population died because their ultimates have a cooldown; kudos to the ones that actually still play their mages though.

No. It's be pointless anyways. Ultimates are too slow to provide decent damage output nowadays.
*Replaces cooldown with "heat up" where you gotta charge for the skill"
