The Basil BaM community is surprisingly more tame than any of the other other classes, and while I don't want to snub any of the other sections, we tend not to troll - BaMing is serious business. Lol.

Anyway, since we're on the same server, feel free to buddy me - I'd be happy to assist and give you advice whenever you have questions.

Regarding your questions, Chthulhusama covered nearly everything with the exception of reciting the "great-for-information-but-give-me-the-gist-of-it" M.ATK formula (which I have on a spreadsheet that I am currently unable to access). The short story is that M.ATK is your most important stat. %INT can out prioritize it, but only in your later, higher base INT levels, and when the %INT increase is significant (IE: 9% or greater).

Yes, 8 W.ATK is roughly equal to 8 M.ATK, in terms of formulaic equivalence. (The formula is the same for all classes, with the only difference being the weapon multiplier)

if you're going low luk... get luk equips. as mentioned above, here are the list of things to get for endgame

1. czak/targa helm
2. htp
3. matt shoes with %int
4. matt gloves with %int
5. overall scrolled for luk
6. good staff (VIP/DDS/Any Estaff (number doesn't matter for BaM since we don't have elemental attacks) for endgame (reverse works too... just a high luk requirement)
7. shield scrolled for matt or luk
8. high matt PUAC or %int cape
9. %int earrings scrolled for matt
10. matt belt with %int
rac mask/glasses with %int

my luk is capped at 65 and im proud because I will be able to equip my ele staff 5.

Im not sure the exact ratio of int:Matk but I know it changes based on your total Matk and Int. I've heard that 5 int is about the same as 1 magic attack and I sometimes use that when planning but I don't know how accurate it is. As for how much Matk is good? Well you can make a good guess by looking at scrolls. For a glove you want to either go with a Flamekeeper C0rdon (Lvl 50 8 Matk clean) or a third Tier glove with decent %int. Matk glove scrolls are different from regular GFAs and a lot rarer. Earrings around 10 Matk is nice but not amazingly good if you wanna skimp on them just use 5 100% scrolls available from NPCs and get 5 Matk.

Okay one more thing for sure. How much M.atk = W.atk, for example a 8 W.atk is pretty good, how much M.atk would be as good as 8 W.atk. and what int% is M.atk ratio? As in how much int% would equal M.atk? That's should be all

Enough Luk to equip your endgame equips but it's best to get these from things like a Zhelm or HTP that give to all stats so you don't have to sacrifice any int. So after you can equip your equips focus on M. Atk and %int next with M. atk usually being better unless the %int is really good.

Okay, the only question I have is when buying item which should I buy: luck, int, or M.atk. Remember I'm going low luck (50luck cap)

Well basically all the stuff you would get any other character except for int and M. atk. So things like Czhelm, CHTP, Matk belt, Matk gloves, %int equips, and a godly dmg staff.
