Does Nexon have a new security?

My username and password doesn't seem to work. I don't think its just me forgetting my account information. I haven't played a nexon game in awhile; my friend told me that nexon has a new security system that locks the players account. Is this true and if so how do I unlock it?

Okay so i learned the security isnt the problem the fact i cant log on is the problem. I tried to reset my password but it doesnt seem to work; its not sending the "Reset your Nexon account password" email. Anyone know how i can fix this problem?

I tried sending a ticket but on major problem. i cant send a ticket unless i log onto the account.

I think Nexon has issues with Hotmail (does that still exist, even?), so if you're using that, I don't know if you'll get the email. Other than that, no idea

I'm semi-sure i know the email. When i try to reset my password using my email it wont send. Is there a reason why i'm not getting the email, if so how do i fix it.

It should only prevent you from playing, not logging on. Sorry man.

I don't recall there being mention of a new security system (of course, I could be wrong.) It would be best to check the email address that is linked to your account and see if there is any information on that.

If you don't get anything from there, it's safe to assume that you've either forget your password (like I do... a lot...) or your account has been compromised.
