Can phantoms steal lvl 30 advanced blessing ?
Can phantoms steal lvl 30 advanced blessing ?All i find is bishops with lvl 20 AB that are lvl 170+ but only have lvl 20? So im wondering if lvl 20 is the highest a phantom could steal ?

If i was lvl 100 how could i have even lvl 20 impeccable memory ?

Not obvious; you didn't tell us that you were level 184. For all we know you could have been just level 100.

Max level of advance bless is 20
They have a hyper skill that increases it's attack buff by 10 attack..
Max level of ADV bless is 30, so either you're impeccable memory is only lvl 20 or you're doing something wrong.
No maybe level 20 is their max instead of 30?
Unless your smart rear end is to smart to see if impeccable memory IV is level 30
If it then it's as simple as my first line
