Dimension Invasion boss?

Did the Dimension Invasion helldog-looking boss change from this server check? I've noticed that it does an auto-regeneration of health when it gets to around 30-40% HP or so, bringing it back up to ~70% or so. I don't remember it doing it before the patch though, I could solo it no problem and it wouldn't gain any HP. Even with a full party, once we'd get it down to that one point, it'd just auto-regen HP back up to 70% or so, and keep doing that once it hit that certain point. Quite frustrating, is this what is to be dealt with now?
