I'm not sure if i should transpose my current claw (Empress, 170 w.att 15 enchants 6%att) to SW claw or just buy/scroll fafnir

You should get a fafnir claw. If you really feel like it you can tranpose your claw in the mean time for some additional attack, but I don't think it is worth it.

Pretty sure the Psok does not carry over.
Since you really have nice equips heres my opinion.
If you can afford to scroll fafnir, and out damage scroll it then its worth it.
The full fafnir set will give you 30% more boss. I didn't see any full empress gear so that upgrade to fafnir would be worth it.
Empress> SW isnt really worth it since fafnir has 60% boss.
I would keep the claw, not only for the worth. But in the future you might want to transpose to get the sw set.
It all comes down to how good your range really is. And how much you want to increase it.
Well with your Empress claw, you'd have 101 more attack on your SweetH2O claw. That, and the top-tier of potential. You could also do what I did and PSoK your Empress Claw before transposition so that if you decide to later, you can sell your SweetH2O.
