It's on Spadow's blog. The reason people only think it works on Enhancements is because Spadow worded it weirdly, but what he mentioned was the description of how far it works with Enhancement scrolls.

@sunlitemoonlite Even if it did though, it's not really worth it, because there's still the high chances of failing (making pam's not worth it), white scrolls can't be used, or that it could've been much cheaper/easier to use a 10/60% (15/65) with white scrolls.

Is it up to 8 enhances, or 8 enhances with the item?

Wait. What does this do? Does it stop it from having the enhancment blow up your item or does it just make it so that you can't enhance it? How much will it cost
