Anyone else mad at these 2 statements?

Regarding grand battle nexon first states "HP and DEF is adjusted to even the odds and put the focus squarely on skill"
The next update is then
"The extra potential system allows you to add a extra line of potential to your equips!"
Now i may misinformed but I believe Potential works in the new grand battle ?
So i believe the end statement should be "Welcome to Grand Battle May the person who's cubed the most Win! No Skill needed just lots of money!"

I've pvp'd like once (when it was released).
I have no interest in pvp whatsoever- never liked it; and Nexon can do whatever they choose to make more money.

@chucksnorris: extra potential line has a potential that raise damage cap by 10,000 (kms extra potential lines had this i dont see why we wouldn't)

hyper skills have skill at lv200 that allows you to do 50,000 damage over cap for short amount of time

does anybody know if pvp will still be as laggy as the old one?
laggy as in the moves have a ridiculously long amount of delay between them.
