Lunar Dews More

I am a bit confused how the whole arduous process of getting Lunar Dew and such work.
1) After I get all the dew, I simply get a skill that lets me equip weapons 10 levels higher than my own (which is useless), right?
2) I have to collect 10 Dark Souls or something like that afterwards in order to get the skill.
3) Evidently I can only level Vampire once every 10 levels? So since I'm level 183 right now, I can only get it to level 2?
4) What will happen to the skills when KoC get revamped later (The revamp that is taking place in KMS)?

Wouldn't it be sorta useful at pot-lock bosses?

Yeah, I'm basically trying to get it for bragging rights and also I need a break from HoH.
Dew= not worth it. Might as well spent time making mesos than getting that skill.
What is the point of Vampire these days? There are potions that works in Dojo (cash item) but if you make the mesos, you can get it as well. Not to mention, KMS didn't really do anything about the UA skills so far, which they might remove, so why bother doing it now?
kinda true but as db you get to show off
something most dmg players cant do cause they only strong due to their paycheck or scamming people

I did the quest on my night lord at around level 100, and yes, you have to do the lunar dews for the empress might skill.
Then you have to hunt for nameless darkness for the vampire skill.
Im not sure what will happen to the skill once there is a KoC revamp though

Uhhh I don't think that every 10 levels thing is true. I got Vampire lvl 1 on my shad. Yes, first I got 20 dews and it gave me the Empress' Might skill. Then I had to get 10 Nameless Darkness from Poison Poopas in Aqua which gave me the actual skill. And now I have to get 10 more (from Cube Slimes I believe, I forgot) to raise the skill another level. I didn't have to wait 10 levels or anything since I found a Nameless Darkness already. I have one rotting in my inventory since I quit my shad a long time ago. Lvl 1 Vampire was good enough to get me to full health at LHC.
Asfar as i know they took the quests and ua creation out but left the UA's and ppl with the skills already alone
But since the skills will then be outdated (for example, TB no longer has Shark Wave), will they adjust the skills? Completely remove it and undermine all the hours of work people put into the quest?

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) Every 10 levels at 60 or 70 (What ever level the quest pops up) I think so once you get passed 110 or 120 you will be able to get all 5 levels.
4) Not sure I haven't seen anything about it.
