Europeans in gMS
Does anybody here who plays from Europe and knows when GMS implemented the account creation block for Europeans? I recall it was something like 2009... but would like to know for sure.
Also, if anybody has a spare account that works in Europe I would be more than happy to buy it from you.

You can create a Nexon account, but you can't play Maplestory

I created a lot of mule accounts for a friend referral event back then, if only I remember the IGNs and passwords

Everyone can make an account, but you can't log on that account if you're outside of North America and Oceania. If you were to travel to Europe, you couldn't log on your account while staying there.

Nope. Your account has to be created before the block which was way back in 2007 in order for them to work. I have one that works, but a friend of mine has to suffer in eMS because of this

What's killing EMS is the hackers and Nexon EU literally not doing anything to stop them or limit the dupings.
Privatetunnel costs $10 and lasts half a year almost, with no lag. AOL is free, but laggy

Not GMS, but EMS. Read it hear the other that they are already dropping language support and updates are very lackluster. But doens't proxy slow down performance immensely, or is that a thing of the past? Are you paying for your proxy?

I heard they are slowly shutting down eMS (not sure if that's true) and you will have to play in GMS anyway in near future. So I suggest starting there as soon as possible, but good luck finding a working account
Yeah, May 2007. That's when EMS went out of Beta.
