Evolution Lab
I just came back like.. a week ago and I'm wondering if Evo Lab is working right now?
If so, how come I can't use it? I click the NPC and he just says "Welcome to Evo Lab." Pretty sure I did the prequests before I quit.

evo got super nerfed
They changed Evo and you have to do a quick pre-quest before you can enter. Look for Evo quest in light bulb on the left side. Then talk to the girl in Edelstein in the hide out.
