PC please Im really confused

epic 2-lined 6% dex, +8 luk earrings
epic 2-lined 6% luk, 6% avoid earrings

I've actually sold similar ones (both 6% dex and 6% luk) for 110m+ less than a week ago. Took less than a day too.
Now I'm selling 6% dex for 100m and 6% luk for 110m. It's been two days already. Did they deflate that quickly?
