I don't know exactly what the price should be, but I know it shouldn't be over 1B! :T 700 sounds about right, maybe a bit more?

To the two who says it has a lot of m.atk, please be aware that clean, these weapons have 145 average m.atk.
I agree with AsnTKiD, Seems like alot of attc, So 1.5b+
