Potential Percentage rate? Like for example, I heard when you maker crystals, when you try maker a basic, theres a 75% chance it'll be basic, 20% chance Intermediate, and 5% advanced. Is there something like this with potential too, with the Rare, Epic, Unique percentage?

Sudden inflation in Evo Ring 1? Well, last week, I saw some Evo Ring 1 Lvl 17 unsold in FM for 400mil, so I decided to overprice mine a little, and set it up for 450mil, and the next day, it sold for some reason. So I thought, maybe Evo ring's are worth 450 now. So tonight, I priced another one for 550mil and that one sold within an hour. What's causing the sudden inflation in Evo Ring 1? I thought with Chaos patch approaching, these are meant to deflate?
