Why is it so lag..

Yeah I sent a work order in and they told me to disable my antivirus and firewall. What they don't know is that this is my MapleStory laptop and that's all that's on it. I don't even have automatic updates on it. I work in IT. It's a common practice to blame the user for your problems. I think it has something to do with all this xmas junk in the towns and this stupid flu going around.
