I haven't seen a nova drop yet but I got a helisium pirate cape and bowman boots in 30 minutes....on 1.2x drop :T

I had a spider familiar the entire time and some times got 2x drop with events and that was it.

I have yet to find anything to prove me wrong otherwise.

I have gotten 3 capes from treglow - no boots (I have killed literally thousands of them)
I have gotten 1 boots from velderoth - no cape (again I've killed a lot)

By 25 quests, you mean around 60-70 for most classes and 120-130 for Kaisers

question, are they tradeable when they drop from the boss? :o

For the Heliseum things, yes.

But the nova drops for all the drops, except Magnus, are different so it doesn't matter which one you are going for.

Velderoth = Nova Boots
Treglow = Nova Capes
Victor = I don't know what nova he drops...

Keep in mind that the drop rates are really, REALLY low.
I killed 5k+ Treglows without getting a cape, but he does drop them because I did get 3 capes before that in about 100 ish kills for my 1st, about 10 kills for my 2nd, and about 500 ish for my 3rd.

25 quests for most classes. Takes about 2 hours. .Closer to 100 quests if you're an AB or Kaiser (which I am). Took me a good 5 hours.

There's a bunch of prequests, it's the Pantheon questline you get at Level 90. As for level anyone can solo those bosses with pots, but it's recommended that you have a decent to high range to be able to solo them in seconds.

What level is recommended for Velderoth if I'm unfunded and are there any prequests? Level requirement for prequests?

They're not that rare. Expect 1 item every 25-30 kills. I can easily get 1 kill per 20 seconds. I can 3-4 shot velderoth.

I got the nova to 3 star and I'm probably gonna use it on my not-so-funded xenon. I'm gonna yoloscroll the rest unless somebody in my guild/friends list wants them.

Nope, very easy.

Just don't expect to get any nova drops though.
The drop rate for nova things are really low....

The heliseum things are worth less than the psok.
I usually just give them away to guildies and people from alliance for free if they psok it.
