There's one for bonus and one for normal. If you buy normal red cubes you get the one for normal pot and bonus cubes you get the bonus pot one . Go check cs and it should say when you hover over the red cube packs.

Don't believe so, could be wrong. When you buy a pack of cubes you get a free slot carver with the 6 pack. Silver has i think a 50% chance and gold 60/70%, not entirely sure.
