Pretty sure LUK crystals are worth the most atm......i've been selling them for 1.2m each POT's have been going to 1m each recently as well =
Farm a bunch of black crystal ore and make some Balanced Furies. Price will skyrocket in a month or so. You need about 600 ores to make 100 refined crystal and you need 100 crystal to make 1 set of Balanced Furies. Right now , these sell for 1m a refined crystal or 150k per ore and the Furies sell for 250-300m each.

You can get lidiums in evo world and they're practically worthless.
Cost most: Wisdom, Luck & Lidium; the level 10 ores
They're not exactly in demand from what I've experience though...
