@Erag0n1: It won't be that easy pal, if you fail, there is a chance you might lose 1 star
lol i know it won't be easy but it will be much easier. It's only going to cost a bil or so to get 15. and buying a new tyrant if it booms isnt so hard atm with these prices.
wayyy cheaper than no booms and guard scrolls

@xDracius: Yea.. I noticed, cause I wasn't so sure about the destroy rate xD

I don't disagree with @Serenacle 's statement, what she said have some ring to it.
But we'll see, if America Nexon is really just a money hungry machine or do they really care about their players

kinda funny how everyone just assumes that we are getting it. Not to be a downer,
but its possible we wont get it, just like we didn't get additional options and mee's
well we'll see xD

I'm predicting people complaining on Basil about their enhancement getting lower each time they try to enhance
star force enhance planing:
cost ton of mesos=cheek
more promising rates= cheek

nexon: needs something... idk what
nexon 2: remember that dfo games enhance system
nexon: oh yeah

chance to lose stars: cheek

nexon we have to make them overlook this tho... i know

throws in something about traces that will allow you to keep your items if enhance would fail and be destroyed

yeah people going break their bank on this update and possible lose everything,.,.
but anyhow i dont care for this update only way it can peek my interest is...

if SW can be enhanced to 25 stars after absorbing tyrants 15 star stats
can see the 300att+ 400+allstat SW cape/belts/shoes/gloves now....
(said overall can get 50stars to make up for pants/bottom not sure if means more stats wont make up for potential lines but with att and all stats like that... not really needed)
@bomberb0i2: Enhancement do not destroy anymore after that patch, unless you use enhancement scroll of course.
But instead, they decrease your star or enhancement when failed. I think it also have low chance to destroy on failure?

Do correct me if I'm wrong though. Haven't read about that update for awhile. Now I'm just dragging everything I can out of my memory.
Kinda contradicted yourself there.
But yes, enhancements have a chance of lowering the star by 1 upon failure, with a low chance to destroy at higher levels. Destruction rate increases the more stars you have, but it's really low until you get to 20 or so.

If an item is destroyed, you get a 'trace' of the item that retains all of its stats including potential and bonus potential as well as boss souls (Not too sure on nebulites, they're GMS only). You can then transfer the trace onto the same weapon and it'll overwrite it, allowing you start enhancing it from scratch again.

Basically less p2w and everybody's happy.

@janny1993: yea ur right and the there's more upside then downside. its gunna help players who dont spend money get a bit stronger w/o having to spend alot of money.

@janny1993: Around the 15-25 star range they have like 1-3% destroy rate iirc. When they get destroyed on enhancement they leave behind "equipment traces". Simply fuse the equipment traces with another copy of the same equipment and it'll restore all the stats it had before it was destroyed
imo a huge improvement to our current system and "unfunded-friendly" imo

actually if the item gets destroyed by enchancment or scrolling, u get the weapon back with all the stats/potental/enchancements/upgrades and everything. All you ahve to do its use it with the exact same type of weapon it was before it got destroyed and the stats it had before it got destroyed go get transfered to the new clean weapon u got.
from what i read, u enhance with just mesos up to 100m and the rate of success is higher with lower chances of it being destroyed. that must be why players are selling their enhanced gears early.
As much as that sounds like a good idea i dont want to go through that effort XD

But im excited for easy 15 star tyrants and 15+ star weapons

Basically, 8 star tyrants will become the norm as well as other equipment.
