I found mine and a friend's enchanter at SDH (30% untradable one). Took a few hours of grinding without any spider/buff. Just be sure to look out for it though, can be a bit hard to spot if there are other loots on the ground.

The No Mesos Method (luck based - can be slow): Kill monsters near your level (anything 140+ if you're on your BaM) that have a good spawn rate with a kanna using kishin to increase the spawn. Any additional drop rate you can get will help (cash shop card, accessory potential lines, greed pend, familiar, 2x event). After that it's just a matter of patiently slaughtering whatever map you picked until one pops out.
The Mesos Method (depends on your funds and the fm supply): Buy one in fm.
Either you could buy one from the free market (As long as you have a decent amount of mesos). Or you could farm at Sdh, they usually drop them after a while, having a greed pendant equipped is always a plus when doing so. Good Luck
