Worth to make Reboot Sair?

Hey guys, so I know that corsairs are pretty much dead because of their lack of mobbing, squishiness, bossing, and overall effectiveness. Also %dex pirate gear is quite hard to find in normal worlds and there is practically no resale value, so I'd have to spend incredible amounts of money to actually fund one. So do you guys think it's worth it to create a sair in reboot? I have yet to make a character in reboot, but I think it may be fun and interesting because for one, there is no resale value in gears anyway, and it wouldn't cost me actual funds to fund a sair. Whatya guys think

If you're in doubt, then I don't think continuing the class will do justice. The more likely you are to stick with that class for a long time, the more "worth it" it will be. But if power is what you want, then here's a reference; My sair had 550k range with 120% boss and was hitting 5m+ crit lines with rapid fire on low PDR bosses. They're pretty darn good bossers IMO.

Ha j/k. They're amazing because I love all gun classes.

Well I think you already made your mind up, if you feel it as more of a disservice to create one and continue I think you should be looking into other classes that might be better for the situation. That will have a better gear attainability as well as resale value.

@idropthebass: I'm pretty sure that they're 4th job mobbing is extremely subpar compared to other classes. Eight legs easton has incredibly short range and you have to stop to cast it.

I made one as my burning character, and the damage is very high. Every shot of rapid fire at level 150 does around 250k-300k damage, so bosses go down pretty fast. It's a fun and strong class, you just have to get through the first three classes to appreciate it more.

Go for it. I recently made one and it's fun playing it at Lvl 100'ish so far even though I haven't put any mesos onto it to upgrade and whatnot. The damage output isn't like that of current mainstream jobs like Evan and Aran, but it packs enough punch to get things done well.

They don't really lack in the mobbing and bossing categories.
