What is your resting heart rate?
Mine is 46bpm.
If you don't have an electronic means to check it just set a timer for one minute and put 2 fingers on your wrist.
@fradddd But a low resting heart rate usually means your heart is stronger, not weaker. The average for adults is 60-100, but conditioned athletes tend to have resting heart rates in the 40-60 range. The heart uses less pumps to circulate the same amount of blood. It's being more efficient. If you're an adult and it's lower than 40, then it's probably a cause for concern. And minors tend to have lower heart rates then adults, so OP is either really in shape or still in high school (or even middle school, I won't judge).
Yeah i'm a senior in highschool, and I've also been doing heavy cardio training for almost 2 years now for sports so that attributes to my lower than average resting hr.
@ox0Shad0w0xo: okay I see. I dunno what people were thinking then.
Got bored half-way through, so I'm multiplying by 2. I got 84-ish. It varies, depending on how hard I try to calm myself.
90-ish
