Running and Indecent Exposure

I am a male subject of the age 15-17 that is a minority who plans on running shirtless daily, I want to know If I can get in trouble for Indecent Exposure and do the guidelines of Indecent exposure change with the season your in?

RCW 9A.88.010
Indecent exposure.
A person is guilty of indecent exposure if he or she intentionally makes any open and obscene exposure of his or her person or the person of another knowing that such conduct is likely to cause reasonable affront or alarm. The act of breastfeeding or expressing breast milk is not indecent exposure.

Obscene: (of the portrayal or description of sexual matters) offensive or disgusting by accepted standards of morality and decency.

indecent exposure would be revealing your private parts or wearing clothing which are farrr too small for you ( like major short ass hell shorts )

depends on where you live? My friend who does parkour is shirtless as much as possible. According to him, he loves the sun. Every one thought he was just trying to show off his muscles lmao.

I don't believe that counts...at least where I live. I see dudes running around without shirts on all the time. Also with that kind of reasoning you could get in trouble for not having a shirt on at pool or something of that nature.
